Straight Answers
No — our agents are independent contractors (1099) on a performance-based plan: commissions, advances, residual renewals, and bonuses. There's no salary, which also means there's no cap. We'll walk you through exactly how compensation works in your interview.
No. Most of our top people came from hospitality, retail, fitness, and customer service. We can teach insurance — we can't teach competitive, coachable, and driven. If you have those three, training handles the rest.
You'll need a Florida 2-15 Health & Life license. We walk you through the entire process — the pre-licensing course, exam scheduling, and carrier contracting — and most new agents complete it within a few weeks of committing.
The First 90 program: daily morning huddles, live call coaching, proven scripts, shadowing top producers, and product training across 30+ carriers.
